Conventional sectioning of tissues using the bread loaf sectioning technique. Standard tissue biopsy evaluation of excised tissues involve bread-loaf technique wherein vertical sections of the tissues are embedded in paraffin or frozen, sectioned with microtome and stained. As illustrated here, residual tumor or tumor extensions may not be found and may recur
