Fresh and frozen xenograft tumors show equivalent translation rates
Fresh and frozen xenograft tumors show equivalent translation rates. The area under the 80S and polysome peaks was measured from fresh and frozen profiles. The peak area remained constant between fresh and frozen tissue. No statistically significant differences (Kruskall-Wallis test)
