Cytologic analysis in monolayer culture. Micrographs obtained after 24 h of treatment using the microscope EVOS FL. In the left column are the treatments containing PLN in concentrations of 0 (a), 10 (b), 20 (c) and 40 μM (d) by phase contrast microscopy. Observe the morphological changes and reduction of the cell density of the cultures that received treatments containing PLN. In the right column are the same quadrants referred to the left side seen in the fluorescence microscopy; in blue are seen the chromatin marked with Hoechst 33342, and in red the marking using rhodamine.
